Recyclingand using it as a activator for with is an innovative solution for utilizing industrial waste to produce sustainable building materials. was used as an activator for with in the studied samples by partially replacing the and with in different ratios. The first sample was , the second sample was , and the third sample was . The samples were prepared withof and pressed using a cylindrical hydraulic press They were then stored in a environment. The hardened and cured samples were studied under high pressure and high temperature conditions to accelerate the reaction time. was identified by studying its mechanical properties and determining the compressive strength values at various times. Selected for thermal hydrate reaction. The results showed that the best relative composition of the building material products was in the second sample, which had strong mechanical properties and produced the highest compressive strength values at the reaction times.
The reason for the high values in the second sample is attributed to the increased proportion of at the expense of and , and the increased activity in the hydrate reaction through the use of as an activator, which led to an increase in the quantity of with . The lowest values were recorded in the third sample due to two reasons: the increased quantity of at the expense of and, and the production of large quantities of and with very weak hydraulic properties diffraction results for the phase composition of the resulting materials confirmed the compressive strength measurements.
